We also gladly accept participants enrolled in Texas Medicaid and the Texas Children’s Health Insurance Program (Texas CHIP). Whether you are an existing patient that is now eligible for this program or a new patient that has never been to our dental office—Denton Smiles is here to help!

Important Changes to Medicaid Dental Coverage

By now, you should have received a letter telling you that changes are coming regarding your Medicaid. The good news is, if you follow the directions below, your children will still be eligible to receive their full benefits at Denton Smiles Dentistry.

When you receive your children’s new enrollment forms in the mail, just follow these three simple steps:

1.  Pick Your Dental Plan

You have three options to choose from:

  • DentaQuest
  • Delta Dental
  • MCNA

Denton Smiles Dentistry accepts all three of these plans, so it’s best to select the one that is best for you.

2.  Pick Your Main Dentist

In order for Denton Smiles Dentistry to be your primary dentist in Denton, TX, you must list a specific Doctor’s name. So, make sure you don’t just choose “Denton Smiles Dentistry.” To choose your specific dentist, select either Dr. Susan Tran or Dr. Glenn Vo at our Denton office location. It is also important that you provide the exact address of our office (721 I-35E South, Suite 206 Denton, TX 76205). Once you enroll in your dental plan, your child can see either of the dentists at Denton Smiles Dentistry.

3.  Submit Your Form

You can simply mail in your form or call to enroll:

Medicaid: 1-800-964-2777
CHIP: 1-800-647-6558
